  • Extra Time
    I always have a 'margin for magic' built in to every appointment in case you're looking to make a last minute change or are interested in a luxury upgrade. New Guest Sessions, however, include even more time than that! This accounts for the extensive Signature Style Consultation, and helps provide some additional buffer time in case we encounter anything unexpected.
  • A Digital Pre-Consultation
    Immediately after you book your appointment, you'll be provided with a link to a Digital Pre-Consultation Form. It takes less than 5 minutes, and it allows you to upload photos and add details about your hair in your own words. Filling in this form will save you in-salon time by streamlining our in-person Signature Style Consultation. Using it I can quickly focus in on your unique hair needs and goals quickly so you can achieve maximum benefit out of the time you've set aside for an appointment. Complete this at your convenience anytime before your appointment, however, it is recommended that you complete it ASAP so I can ensure you are booked for the correct services.
  • Signature Finish
    Whether it's your first appointment, or you're seeing me for the 97th time, most sessions include a Signature Finish, which is a complimentary blow dry style, to finish out the appointment. Not only do I want to make sure you're leaving looking and feeling your absolute best, but finishing with a blow dry allows me to ensure the cut or color looks as you desire, as well as giving me the opportunity to detail your haircut to perfection. A Signature Curl Finish is also an option for those who enjoy seeing their curls come to life in their fullest potential. I highly recommend this Finish for every curly hair gal! This Finish requires more time so therefore has an additional charge. You also have the option to upgrade the complimentary Signature Finish to a Platinum Finish, which is the complimentary blow dry style, plus the addition of hot tool styling (using a flat iron or curling iron).
  • Styling Education
    I'm flattered when clients tell me how much they wish I could style their hair for them every morning, but I don't want anyone to actually need me. I want you to feel capable of styling your hair at home, especially if we are trying something new. It's not just about having great hair the day of your appointment; it's about having great hair everyday of the year. And don't worry, even once you're a returning client, if you need some style education in the future, I've got you. Once your home, if you forget anything, I have maintenance and styling tips in the Client Only E.S.H. App that you'll have access to reference anytime.
  • Professional Hair Care Recommendations
    Throughout your appointment we will discuss what you're using at home and how you are using it. I make no judgements here, I promise. I just want to make sure what you're using and how you are using it is meeting your needs. If it isn't, and you aren't currently achieving the results you're looking for, we can take care of that. Throughout your service we will discuss what I'm using on your hair and what I recommend you use at home to replicate my results.
  • Access to A La Carte Services and Established Guest Pricing
    To ensure consistency in the quality of the services I provide and offer ease of booking, new guests only have access to a small list of specially designed service packages that set my clients up for success. These sessions account for extra time and some extra products/treatments. Once we've laid the foundation of "hell yeah!" hair at that first service appointment, a new guest is transitioned to being a established guest with access to my full list of available services. This includes a combination of a la carte options and additional services (such as mini services for between full visits). You'll also have access to your own client portal where you'll be able to see your appointment history and manage your appointments.
