Digital Booking Process

It's quick, painless, and a super easy way to get important information back and forth between us to set up your in the chair experience. Allow me to walk you through how it works.

Get to know me through my About Me page and check out what services I offer. I want you to get a feel of who I am and where my skills lie.

Once your ready, schedule your appointment using the link below then check your email for the next steps.

 

You'll be sent a required pre-consultation form to fill out prior to your appointment and the email will contain the important things to know before your appointment as well as access to all the client perks.

What to Expect

pre-visit

I know that it can be scary to meet a new stylist, so let me put your mind at rest. I want you to be 100% confident in choosing me as your hairstylist. By following my new guest steps you'll learn more about how I can best serve you with your hair goals. You'll see all the service options I offer and know what to expect.

Once your ready, choose your services & head to the booking portal where you can request your appointment. Then, keep an eye out for an email, usually sent immediately, from me with links to the required Pre-Consultation form that must be filled out prior to your appointment, the booking portal, the E.S.H Hair App, and more! I'll review your form and appointment request, ensure it all looks good, and you'll receive a confirmation when I accept it.

I send out a confirmation text 2 days before your appointment, please use the link to confirm that you will be there or make any changes. Then you'll receive a reminder text 24 hours before the appointment and the form to further customize your appointment to your preferences (chatty, not chatty, refreshment options, etc.).

Once you arrive and settle in, I always begin with a consultation to go over your pre-consultation form, dive a bit deeper into your life style, your hair needs, and what your goals are for your visit.

Honesty and transparency are very important in our communication - this is a no judgement zone - the better and more accurate info you can give me on your hair history and about you allows me to better translate the information into a individualized style that fits who you are, meets your needs, and maintains or enhances your hair's integrity.

Once we feel like we have a solid plan we are both comfortable and happy with, we will move forward with taking before photos then begin the service.

​You will receive a card with what to schedule, when, and how at the end of your initial appointment to reference when it's time for maintenance on your style so you can have hair that rocks year round.
